Kent-Meridian High School student Murwared Sayed recently participated in Camp Cardiac at the University of Washington (UW) School of Medicine.

She heard great lectures by UW professors and got hands-on experience with a heart dissection.

“I am passionate about this medical field because I want to save lives and be a huge help,” Murwared shared.
