Heavy traffic is building along the A2 this morning following an accident near Dartford Heath.
According to Inrix, the accident took place along the A2 heading westbound just after the M25 J2 (Darenth Interchange).
There is currently a reported travel time of 10 minutes as a result.
It’s unclear how many vehicles are involved. Kent Police have been contacted for more details.

Here is the latest update from Inrix: “Queueing traffic for two miles due to earlier accident on A2 Westbound after M25 J2 (Darenth Interchange). Travel time is ten minutes. After a short hold at 07:45.”
