A new Greggs store is set to open at Discovery Park in Sandwich next month.
The bakery chain is launching a new store inside the petrol station on Montagu Road in the first two weeks of December.
KentLive understands the store will create up to ten full and part time jobs, which will be sourced from the local area.

Discovery Park is located on Ramsgate Road in Sandwich and is one of the largest business parks in Europe, with a specialist focus on science.

The latest announcement from Greggs comes after the bakery chain revealed they would be opening new drive-thru stores across Kent.
According to The Express, plans have been submitted to various councils, with drive-thru locations set to be established in Kent, Yorkshire, Slough, and Stoke-on-Trent.

Greggs, which has more than 2,000 walk-in stores across the country, opened its first drive-thru in 2017.
They confirmed that several stores would be opening later this year, with more to come in 2022.
The locations of the new Kent stores are yet to be confirmed.
There are already nine Greggs drive-thrus in the UK, including stores in Newcastle, Bognor Regis, Glasgow, Wales and Cumbria.
In the coming months, the bakery giant will be opening stores on Eskbank Road in Dalkeith, at Great Western Retail Park in Glasgow, and at Westgate Retail Park in Slough.
The recent announcement left fans reeling with excitement.
Greggs teased fans with the prospect in a tweet last month.

The caption read: “Sorry I’m late, the traffic was crazy. The traffic:”, followed by a picture of a drive-thru store.
Twitter users shared their excitement at the prospect of rolling up in their car to grab a sausage roll.
One person responded: “Where is this! I need it in my life”.
Another said: “I may have to rent a car just for that when I visit”.
A third person added: “Oh wow… where is this paradise! Steak bake and a sausage roll please!”
While another Twitter user said he would even “move heaven and earth for a drive thru that’s nearby”.
