Police investigation after teenager, 18, stabbed on Lee High Road in Lewisham

A teenager has been rushed to hospital after a stabbing in Lewisham. Met Police were called at 3.31pm yesterday (April 28) to reports of a stabbing in Lee High Road.

Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service. The Met says they found an 18-year-old man with a stab injury.

He has been taken to hospital where he remains. His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

Police say his next of kin have been informed. A crime scene remains in place and enquiries are ongoing.
