Cedar Heights virtual conferences will take place Tuesday, November 23rd, 1:00-7:00 p.m. through Microsoft Teams.

Families will use this link to book times with their student’s teachers. Counselors, Specialists, and Administrators will also have appointments available

 

1. Select the Department/Subject.
2. Select the date from the calendar, Tuesday, November 23.
3. To the right of the calendar select the correct staff member’s name from the drop-down menu. Note: It is important that you select a staff member’s name at this step, if you don’t a meeting will be scheduled with any available teacher in the list, and your meeting may need to be rescheduled.
4. Below the drop-down menu select a time for your conference.
5. Under the times “add your details”.
   1. Type in your name (1),
   2. your email address (2),
   3. and any questions you have for the teacher (3).
   4. Under the additional information please type in your student’s first and last name
   5. (4) and select their grade (5).
   6. Click the Book button (6) to create the meeting.

Note: You will receive an email with the meeting invite.
