Parking Changes


No Parking in the Neighborhood South of Kentridge After September 1

Residential Parking Zone map The Kent City Council passed a parking ordinance which includes the establishment of a Residential Parking Zone from S 208th St to S 213th St. between 124th Ave SE and 127th Pl SE. 

A permit will be required to park on public streets within the zone between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on weekdays between September and June.

Signage will be installed this summer before the Residential Parking Zone goes into effect on September 1, 2019.

Students who park in the zone without a permit will face a $50 fine or have their vehicle towed.

Kentridge Parking Passes Available August 29

First-semester parking pass registration will be available to juniors and seniors August 29 through September 6 on the Kentridge website. Parking passes will be sold on a first come, first-served basis to those students who registered online.

Juniors and seniors will then be able to purchase their passes at the ASB Cashier’s Office during lunches September 9-13 or until sold out.

Running Start students may purchases their passes in the East Wing before or after school.
